Do you need a parking space for business or private parking? We have parking facilities from the south to the north.

Change of Address

Have you changed your address? Let us know as soon as possible, so that we can register your new details. 

Request to Assign Parking Space

Do you wish to assign your parking space to someone else? We will let you know should your request be approved or not as soon as possible. 

Cancellation of Season Ticket

Do you wish to cancel your season ticket? Kindly observe that the notice for your parking spaces is the equivalence of your rental period.

Credit or Debit Card Charge

Do you have questions about a credit or debit card charge? Kindly note that:

If your bank statement states Q-Park Stockholm or Q-Park Johanneshov, it does not necessarily mean that the vehicle has been parked in Stockholm. The Q-Park head office is situated in Stockholm, hence the reference.

The transactions are sometimes administered in arrears. The vehicle can have been parked up to two (2) weeks, sometimes longer. Check when the vehicle was parked.

The card number to be entered in the form below is the one printed on the front of the bankcard which was used at the time of the parking. We can only assist payments connected to the same bankcard as used when paying for the parking. 


Check Out

Have you had problems when checking out or did you forget to check out? Kindy read this before you proceed: 

Observe that your parking ticket must have a check in number in order for us to check you out. Should the check in number be absent, you have not checked in.

You will be checked out automatically at the time stated on your parking ticket. If this time has passed, fill out the form for Credit or Debit Card Charge next to this form. 


Some parking facilities will indicate a so-called reserved (preliminary/protected) amount on your bank account. The amount depends on the tariff and is reserved by the bank. The reserved (preliminary/protected) amount is relinquished when the actual cost for the parking is debited from your bank account.



Invoice Service

Do you have questions regarding your invoice or rental notice? We assist you when you need help with financial matters regarding you invoice or rental notice. 


Parking Receipt 

Do you need a copy of your parking receipt? Kindly enter the information required to receive a copy of your parking receipt. Please observe that should you request more than five parking receipt copies, a cost of 100 SEK per copy is added to cover the administrative fee.

Order Temporary Parking Permits

When Q-Park maintains your parking facility, you can give your parking guests temporary parking permits. You have to order at least twentyfour (24) parking permits.
